Return

Can I return my purchases if it doesn't fit me?


Yes, of course! We understand that not every creation suits everyone. Therefore, we accept all returns* that are unworn and unwashed, so long as their tags are unaltered and intact. Our return policy is within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will be issued an online gift voucher equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for a year. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded unless return is due to defective item or wrong item. Please also be aware that The Nude Box reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received. *Purchase of sale items, intimates and swimwear are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.




How can I return the items?


Option 1 : Mail it back to Us! 1. Pack the item(s) and include a completed Returns Form together in the parcel. 2. Send your parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to: XXX 3. Your return will be processed within 14 working days from the day we receive your parcel. Option 2 : Drop it off at Singpost!




How long is the processing time for my returns?


Returns will be processed within 14 business days (not inclusive of weekends and public holidays) from the date we receive your parcel.
We'll drop you an email update and provide you with a giftcard once your return has been processed.




Will I receive cash for my returns?


No, cash refunds are not provided for returns, Instead, an online gift voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your account. An email confirmation on the online gift voucher issued will be sent to you. The online gift voucher will have a one year validity.




Where can I find the return form?


You can find the return form here or at the bottom of the website. :)




Is there any penalty for my returns?


Rest assure! There will be no penalty charges or fees for your returns. The only possible cost for the returns is the postage costs.




How can I use my online gift voucher?


In your shopping cart, enter the online gift voucher code in 'Enter promo code' field and click ‘Apply’. The total payable amount will be updated once the online credit voucher has been successfully applied.




Can I extend the expiry of the only gift voucher?


Online gift vouchers are non-extensible, non-refundable and non-transferable.




What should I do if there's an error with my online gift voucher?


You may like to check the following : 1. If the online gift voucher is expired? 2. The online gift voucher has already been used in another order? 3. The online gift voucher code is correctly written? If you're still having trouble, email a screenshot of the error message to askme@thenudebox.com and we will run a check for you.





Local Delivery

Is there any delivery charge?


Good news! TNB is offering FREE DELIVERY for all local deliveries for now! Simply type LAUNCHFREESHIP in the promo code field and your delivery charges will be waived. With Compliments from TNB.




What is the delivery lead time?


Delivery lead time will be 3-5 business days once order is made.




Can I track my orders?

I have not receive my parcel, who can I look for?

Are there any restricted zones/areas in Singapore that you do not deliver to?


We will not be able to deliver to hotels, restricted camps, or any islands out of Singapore.




Are there any charges for redelivery?


Qexpress will contact you directly for redelivery. There will only be 1 redelivery by Qexpress, any additional redelivery will be charged to you directly. Therefore, please be sure to provide an address with someone available to collect.

I seem to have problems logging into my account. What should I do?


We are sorry for any frustrations caused as a result of this error. Kindly attempt to sign in again, whilst following these instructions: 1. Kindly check to see if you have signed in with the correct registered email address and password. 2. If you can't remember your password click on the 'forgotten password' link on the sign in page. You'll be prompted to enter your email address and we'll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account. Your new password will be sent to you via email. Am I able to amend or cancel my order after confirmation?


Although we are unable to reverse the order once confirmed, we are pleased to inform you that you can do a return within 30 days from the date of purchase if the items are unworn and unwashed, so long as their tags are unaltered and intact.




What should I do if I receive a defective/faulty item in my order?


We apologise for the defective/faulty item sent to you. We will like to sort it out for you straightaway! Follow the steps below : 1. Proceed to our Returns Page (which you can find at the bottom of the website). 2. Fill up the selected Return Form indicating on the remarks that item delivered to you is defective. Proceed to Submit. 3. Wait for email confirmation on return and you will be given a RETURN NUMBER (via courier) or PND ID (via Park N Parcel). 4. Via Courier : Write the RETURN NUMBER on the parcel and post items. 5. Via Park N Parcel : Write the PND ID on the parcel and park it at the selected Park N Parcel location. Please be sure to go to the correct location. 6. You will receive a return confirmation email and be given an online gift voucher equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s) within 14 days after items are received. 7. On your next purchase, key in the online gift voucher upon check out. Amount will automatically be deducted. ** Please ensure that the defective item is unworn and unwashed and the tag is unaltered and intact. ** All courier charges will be refunded.

I am missing an item from my order, what should I do?


Fret not! Your missing item could be on its way! Do check your inbox to see if we have sent you an email on your missing item. If we have not reach out to you, please email to us the following within 14 days of purchase and we will take care of the rest! 1. Your order number 2. The name/ product code of the missing item 3. A photograph of the picking list We will contact you as soon as we can and advise you on the next steps to take as well as on the availability of the missing item. ** If the item is no longer available, an online gift voucher will be provided instead.
